ABOUT
The original building is the Vancouver Public Library, located in Kingsway and Rupert Street. The library is converted to a cooking studio and cafe, which to promote local food and organic eating.
CONCEPT
Growing
The roof top portion is treat as a farm and leisure space. Where participant learn to farm and support local and sustainable food. And relax among nature.
Harvesting
Adult and children can experience the growing and harvesting process. Which can promote eating organic and being sustainable.
Cooking
The kitchen remain the heart of the business with it's organized and functional studio. Cooking is the transition of food from the natural world. Respect for the ingredients, process and customer motivates the brigade to produce food of the highest quality. It strives to use as local and sustainable ingredients as possible.
Serving
The chefs can cook with confident as they're using only the freshest ingredients resulting in a better quality of food.
Eating
There picked vegetable and fruits will served to customer and will take the dinning experience to a new level, as the consumer will feel like more than a customer as they were apart of the process of the production of that meal. They will give a more satisfaction as they learned to picked the ingredients for their own meal.
